This years conference is being held on the shore of beautiful Lake Champlain in Burlington, VT on May 1 & 2, 2008.

Jim Lampman and Allyson Myers of Lake Champlain Chocolates will join us on Friday morning as our Keynote Speakers and enlighten us to How Sweet It Is - Lessons Learned from Lake Champlain Chocolates. Heeding their own advice and experiencing continued success, Lake Champlain chocolates celebrates its 25th Anniversary in 2008. All conference attendees are invited to tour their new LEED certified Packaging and Distribution Facility and Factory Story on Friday afternoon. I can smell the chocolate samples now!
